You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of your payment, as long as your cohort has not already passed its third live session. We do not ask you for a reason and we do not try to talk you out of it.

After that window, we do not give refunds, but we will move you to a later cohort of the same course once at no charge if something in your life has changed. Write to support@beesy-academy.com and we will sort it out. The full terms are on our terms of service page.

Cohorts open quarterly. The next intake begins on Monday 5 October 2026, and applications for it close on Friday 18 September 2026. Dates for the following three quarters are published on the how enrollment works page so you can plan ahead.

Every course in the catalog runs at least once a year, and the most popular ones run every quarter. If the course you want is not in the next intake, tell us when you apply and we will hold your application for the cohort that does include it.

Plan for four to six hours a week. That is one live session of ninety minutes, plus roughly three hours of practice applied to your own work.

The practice is the part that matters, and it is also the part people underestimate. Students who treat the live session as the whole course get noticeably less out of it. If you cannot protect the practice time this quarter, we would rather you applied for the next cohort.

Most courses have none beyond working experience of the thing they are about. Our beginner courses assume no prior training at all: Front End Development Essentials starts with an empty folder, and Spreadsheet Analysis for Decision Makers assumes no statistics background and no coding.

Two courses do expect prior ground. Design Systems in Practice assumes you have shipped interface work already, and Dashboards People Actually Use assumes you can get data into a shape you can work with. Each course page states its level and what it assumes. If you are unsure, ask us in your application and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is that you should wait.

Yes. Everyone who completes a course receives a Beesy Academy certificate of completion, issued as a PDF within five working days of the final session. It names the course, the instructor, the cohort dates and the total taught hours.

To be clear about what it is: it certifies that you attended and completed the work. It is not an accredited qualification and we do not describe it as one. What carries weight in a conversation with an employer is the work you produced during the course, which is yours to keep and show.

Sixteen, and we hold that line. It is small enough that every person speaks in every session and the instructor reads everybody's work, and large enough that you get a genuine range of situations in the room.

When a cohort fills, we do not add seats. We open a waiting list for the next quarter instead. It costs us money to turn people away and it is the single decision that has done most to keep the teaching good.

Every live session is recorded and posted within 24 hours, so a missed week is recoverable. Your instructor will also give you the practice brief directly so you do not fall behind on the work.

If you miss more than two sessions of a course, we will talk to you about moving to a later cohort. That is not a penalty. The cohort format depends on people being in the room together, and finishing a course you were barely present for does not serve you.

Yes. Around half of our students are funded by their employer. Tell us in your application and we will issue an invoice with purchase order details, payment terms and any supplier registration your finance team needs.

If it helps your case internally, ask us for a one page course outline covering the syllabus, time commitment and outcomes. We will send it the same day. Write to hello@beesy-academy.com with the course name.

You send us the enrollment form or an email, and we reply within two business days. There is no test and no interview panel. We ask what you do, what you want to be able to do differently, and how much time you can protect, because that tells us whether the course will actually work for you.

If it is a fit, we send a place offer and a payment link, and your seat is held for seven days. If it is not, we say so and point you at the course that suits you better, or at the quarter where it makes more sense. The full sequence is set out on the how enrollment works page.
