How Enrollment Works

Cohorts open quarterly and every seat is filled by application, not by checkout. You write to us, a person replies within two business days, and if it is a fit we hold your place for seven days. The current intake is Q4 2026, starting Monday 5 October 2026.

The sequence

Five steps, and a real person at the second one.

  1. 01

    Send an application

    Fill in the form below or write to hello@beesy-academy.com. Tell us which course, what you want to be able to do differently, and how many hours a week you can genuinely protect. It takes about five minutes and there is no test to pass.

  2. 02

    We read it and reply within two business days

    A person reads every application, not a filter. If a different course suits you better, or a later quarter does, we will say so. A few times each quarter we tell somebody to wait, and that is a real answer rather than a soft no.

  3. 03

    You get a place offer

    If it is a fit, we send a place offer with a payment link and the full cohort schedule. Your seat is held for seven days while you sort out approval or a purchase order. If your employer is paying, we invoice them directly.

  4. 04

    Your cohort starts

    You get the joining details a week before the first session. Sixteen people, one ninety minute live session each week, and practice applied to your own work in between. Every session is recorded within 24 hours in case you miss one.

  5. 05

    You finish with something you made

    Complete the course and your certificate arrives as a PDF within five working days. More importantly, you leave with the work you produced during the course, which is yours to keep and show.

Applications for the Q4 2026 cohort close on Friday 18 September 2026. We reply to every application within two business days.

Why we do it this way. Putting somebody in the wrong course helps nobody and costs them a quarter. Reading applications is slower than a checkout button, and it is the reason our cohorts hold together. Read why we cap cohorts at sixteen.

Every course in the catalog runs at least once a year, and the most popular ones run every quarter. If the course you want is not in the current intake, say so when you apply and we will hold your application for the cohort that includes it.

Everything except the last two questions is required. Submitting opens your email program with the application filled in, so you can read it before it goes. If you would rather just write to us, send the same information to hello@beesy-academy.com.
